Many of us have jobs that require us to sit at a desk for hours at a time. This results in a poor range of motion in joints, tight muscles, and pain. Hip mobility in particular is an issue for most people and is directly related to how much we sit. Being sedentary can also put you at risk for all sorts of health problems like high blood pressure, obesity, and diabetes.
Mobility training is an effective way to stay active and improve overall health and well-being. It helps increase your range of motion, reduce pain, and improves overall body strength so you can get back to living a life you love. Training programs involve a variety of exercises that focus on strengthening the core muscles, improving flexibility, and reducing the risk of injury.

At BrightLife PT & Wellness, our team has decades of experience in helping people reach their mobility goals. Your training program will be tailored by your Physical Therapist* to suit your individual needs and abilities. It typically involves activities that focus on dynamic stretching, balance training, and bodyweight exercises.
*The mobility training program is conducted by a physical therapist but is not covered by insurance companies as physical therapy. All clients must pay in full upon completion of each session.
